OOTD (Outfit of the Day)

Today I headed to St Pauls Square in Birmingham to visit my brother and girlfriends new apartment. As England is surprisingly still having great weather and as we would be spending the day on a walk and in a beer garden, I decided to dress as if it was casual summer (weird wording I know.)
Top - New Look
Shorts - New Look
Belt - New Look
Hat - New Look
Also I drew a heart on my wrist today as it's Self Harm and Depression day for support.
P.S I just have to note that I had a Lion bar and though that this bar was extreemly large for a king size bar.

Collective Haul

I started this post about a week ago but got distracted by the amount of work I have had to do and by the title you can tell its a haul. Since I started this blog I have been out again a couple of times and picked up some more good stuff; keeping in mind I'm completely not meant to be spending anything at all for 6 months, I'd say my task is failing.

First I headed over to New Look..

Blue dress £15
Sleeveless gold button shirt £12
Teal tee £15
blue jumper £8
Copper jumper £12
Oversized hat £10

Then from boots
V05 Hot Oil
Carmex lip Moisturizing lip balm
Barry M Crackle nail stuff
collections 2000 mascara

Then from amazon I ordered a couple of other things too...
Wicked the book (I have been waiting to read this for over 7 months now)
Mermaid by Carolyn Turgeon
Splash the movie

I feel WICKED!

On Wednesday I got to London with two of my friends for the day to do some shopping, tourist stuff for the Royal Wedding coming up and the main reason, to see WICKED on the West End.

First we headed straight to Big Ben to head to the Queens Park next to Parliament, with food in hand we spent about an hour with a picnic as England has been having really hot weather lately.
A bit of sun and the whole of England strip!
Then we headed over to The Abbey and Buckingham Palace too see some of the preparations and I can tell you every person I know except for one or two people aren't interested in the Royal Wedding at all, me being one of them. But looking at some of the decorations that are already being put up makes me even more patriotic and want to watch the wedding.
Then we headed over to see WICKED! All I knew about this show was it was the untold story of the Wicked Witch of the west and little bit about her from the Wizard of Oz and how she was actually misunderstood. And I have to say this this the BEST show I have ever seen! I was amazed at how WICKED fit in so well with Wizard of Oz and how the story unraveled and you become so attached to the character Elphaba (The witch). One main aspect which made the show that much more wonderful was Rachel Tucker, she played Elphaba and has already been seen on the BBC's I'd do anything to reach the Semi-finals. She has been said to be one of the best witches they have had since the original witch Idina Menzel.
If I could I would see this show over and over, if it was the only show I could see for the rest of my life, (a big statement I know!)
After this experience we headed over to Oxford Street to have dinner at the Rainforest Cafe. Yes this is a place for young kids but the last time I went to one I was 5 and in Florida, this would be a whole different experience.

Birthday!

Absent again I know! But I have still beenill and traveling to my moms home town to visit all her family out there. Also I started my new job and managing that and my uni work is my task at hand. But mainly I've been absent due to my birthday! Yes on the 16th it was my birthday and I only turned 19 but thats still a big number for me as it means growing up. =s

Anyway the first thing I did for my birthday was make cupcakes! I have been want make these particular ones for some time now and this was the perfect opportunity to do so.
These cakes came out perfectly and were easier to make then possible. Luckily my friends and family had never seen anything like this so I decided to take the credit for this creation.

My birthday lasted about 4 days and on my actual birthday I had a couple of drinks with some of my friends then went back to my house to let off lanterns and have cake.

OOTD (Outfit of the Day)

Well the past few days here have been extremely sunny and thats a good enough excuse for England to strip. The amount of crop tops and sandals I saw in town yesterday was just too overwhelming.
- Crop top - New Look
- Belt - ASOS
- Shorts New Look
-Scalf H&M

Recently I've been loving my Babyliss Cronical Wand for everyday, somehow when I use this it I always end up with tighter curls even when I do bigger sections. But I've learnt by sleeping on it the curls relax more and I get these beachy/natural waves.
P.S. I went to Forever 21 yesterday to pick up that black jacket that was in one of my past post and I was extremely disappointed by it as it wasn't a leather material, it was jersey material with a light pattern on to give the illusion of leather.

Mini Haul to Take the Pain Away

So my post's have been a little thin lately, but I have good reason. Around New Year I was suffering from Reflux which isn't very nice and ever since it's slowly been making a comeback and Wednesday I got caught. As a result I've been spending most of my time in bed trying get through the pain.
Then Saturday rolled around and I decided to make myself feel better which can only come in one form... shopping! Now considering I'm meant to be saving I didn't go crazy, but anything is something and heres what I got.
Umberto Giannini Backcomb in a bottle
Umberto Giannini Dry Shampoo
Garnier Caffine Eye roll on (yes I jumped on the wagon)
Maybelline New York Eyestudio Lasting Drama gel eyeliner
Sleek Face contour kit

P.S. Thanks for all the comments! I would reply back but stupidly I have no idea how to, do you through the post or on their account? =s As I would love to get to know you all. =]
